A little about myself. My name is Susan and I live in Rhode Island, New York. I decided to become a Blue Angel because a family friend was killed while on duty.  While he was searching a house for an armed robber, Sergeant Shaw was shot and killed while searching a home in Providence where a robbery suspect was hiding. His End of Watch (EOW) was in February 1994. He was only 27 years old.
